I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist providing individual, couple's, and family therapy for adolescents and adults in Atlanta, GA. Self-acceptance and authenticity are my guiding principles, and I hold a deep compassion for each individual and the ways they have learned to survive. When you are looking for someone with whom you can share your experiences, doubts, and questions, I am here to listen with empathy and support. I focus on the strengths and uniqueness of each person, drawing from person-centered and relational perspectives to help each client on their journey to thrive. My specialties include LGBTQIA+ mental health, trauma treatment, relationship growth and challenges, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with challenges related to spirituality, self-love, body image, dating and breakups, difficult mother/daughter relationships, and cultivating a sense of purpose and meaning.
